What is the corresponding bug ?

I think it is -Djava2d.ui.scale=1.0 AFAIR.

I can run tests in windows but i5+ discrete nvidia card.

You should run java2d in verbose mode to see if your intel gpu is not
supported by jdk11.
 It could then use software rendering as fallback and explain the slowdown.
