Java 11 Floating Point options?

I have been experimenting with Java 11 (OpenJDK, not Hotspot)
in terms of floating point. I can't seem to find a way
to disable denormals or pronormals from floating point
arithmetic use or invocation, using settings.
-Does Java 11 have any extra options in this area?
-Are there possibilities around including a range
accuracy mode, ie. in the spirit (at least) of JEP 306
for Java 12? Or even a Java 11 update?
double a = 0.1;
double b = 0.1;
double x = a*b;
out.println(x == 0.01); //supplies false.
