These are just warnings. I should probably use different names for
these variables though so automake doesn't make the wrong assumption

INSTALL and README in the IcedTea7 sources.
Most things are the same; IcedTea6 regularly gets merged over to 7.
The main difference is 7 supports --with-project=x so you can build
the bsd ports tree, nio2, caciocavallo, etc.
