jdk7/tl/jdk is the most suitable repository for you to clone as updates
to the charset code will be pushed there. I keep nio/nio/jdk up to date
but there isn't any charset work happening there. I appreciate you've
got disk space constraints but I don't have a solution that would allow
you build without a complete repository.
