This bug only focuses on the more minor problem that a binary
(jschemelogutil.jar) is included which could be built from the two
source files listed. The bigger problem is jscheme.jar, which is
binary only and also isn't owned by Sun. I added a note to this
effect on the bug too.
The patch here fixes both issues, handling the expanded sources for
'logutil' in the same manner as the stripproperties and idl tools.
