Folding this list into 2d-dev.

I think its time to delete this list and fold its activity into 2d-dev

We haven't heard of any problems with the freetype work
that was putback a few months ago, so this list no longer
serves a problem as the project is completed, and anything
that remains can be handled on 2d-dev. Already I see that
there are only three people signed up to font-scaler-dev
that are not also subscribed to 2d-dev.
