Subject: Happy dissolving

Dear board,

I see today is officially the last day of the Governance Board and that
the Interim GB shall be dissolved on 7 May 2009. What are your plans
after today? Will there be a new board, a new constitution? Or have you
decided to let this day pass without any ceremony?
