CFV: New hsx Committer: Calvin Cheung

I hereby nominate Calvin Cheung (openjdk username: ccheung) to be an OpenJDK hsx
[0] Committer [1].

Calvin joined the hotspot runtime team a year ago after years of working on the
java plugin and java webstart. Calvin is currently a committer to jdk6, jdk7, jdk7u and jdk8.
As a member of the runtime team, Calvin has contributed multiple changes in
serviceability and runtime, cleaning up memory leaks, jvm tracing improvements,
fixing signal handling code and fatal errors, including the following 13 changesets which can be seen at [3].

Votes are due Thursday September 12th at 19:00:00 UTC (two week voting period).

Only current hsx Committers [0]  are eligible to vote on this nomination. Votes
must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing list.
