Hi Christian,

We already have more than 2k statements like "throw new testbug" in 
I think it indicates that we need a separate error for test 
bug/environment issue. It will allow us to identify test/env issues 
easily and assign them directly to SQE avoiding spending any dev time.

I created a sub-task on new Asserts framework here - 
We are really appreciate your comments.
