I'll let my "UseReducedClassUnloading" go, but

I don't care for ClassUnloadingAfterConcurrentMark because turning it
off makes me think that class unloading is going to occur "Before"
concurrent mark.  How about

ClassUnloadingWithConcurrentMark

or

ClassUnloadingWithConcurrentCollect

or

ClassUnloadingWithConcurrentGC
