I hereby nominate Michihiro Horie (mhorie) to JDK Committer.

Michihiro works for the IBM Research team (Tokyo) focused on performance
and has contributed 15 changes within the last two years and a half, mostly
related to performance enhancements for the Hotspot and the GC components
on Power, but also with benefits for other architectures.
