We should ensure that online docs are refreshed when 8u20 is released
then. Hopefully a note in release notes can also be added on the off
chance that someone could run into an issue with this change.
No need to create a backport ID Paul. HGupdater will trigger one when
the push is detected. Approved for jdk8u-dev.
