Reminder: OpenJDK 8u40 nroff files are once again up for review

Raymond - consider this approved for jdk8u-dev (8u60) - Please add a
suitable noreg label to the JDK-8067380 bug report. Once pushed, you can
submit a critical (phase2) request for 8u40 inclusion.
