I wouldn't single out a PPC fix for no testcase just because it's not an
Oracle JDK platform. PPC tests could be added to OpenJDK forest via the
@requires jtreg tag if necessary.
In any case, I see you've marked this with noreg-external which should
be fine. noreg-other would also have been ok to use I guess.
