[8u communication] Adjustment of OpenJDK 8u release versions & 8u102 early access binaries

I read
"""January 2016 RampDown 2 Fork for the stabilization forests"""
but the last stabilization forest is for 8u60.
Have we stopped creating (or publishing) stabilization forests?
