Given that Jesse is trying to use the Jigsaw langtools with jdk7 then it
might be worth explaining that this can only be used to the build the
JDK. For NetBeans (and probably other IDEs) then I assume that it will
require a plugin or some means to talk to a JDK8 server that use the
