Java SE JSR 250 annotations module renamed to java.xml.ws.annotation?

ACC_SYNTHETIC is a binary annotation/attribute/value, not a source one and synthetic members are not visible from the compiler point of view (think bridges by example).
ACC_MANDATED can be used (again only in classfiles) but you have a good chance to be tracked and killed by Alex Buckley :)
