Updated Lambda Binary Drops

I've tagged the changesets in the lambda forest's repos that correspond to this
build with the "lambda-b45" tag. (It's b45, not b54 BTW.)

The changesets the build is built from are generally listed in the "release"
file at the top of the unpacked bundle. These are correct except for the
changeset of the jdk repo, which was listed incorrectly because of the recent
branching. I've made sure to tag the correct changeset.

Work is well underway on the second iteration but this seems like a good stabilization point for the libraries, compiler and vm implementation pieces. If you haven't tried a lambda build yet because you were uncertain of the quality and completeness this is probably a good time to jump in and try it out!
