Is there a plan to support skipWhile and takeWhile operations on the
stream, for example, loading orders from a csv dump that has markers for
skipWhile(line -> line.startsWith("ORDERS BEGIN"))
.takeWhile(line -> line.startsWith("ORDERS END")
.transform(line -> new Order(line))
