What happened to ConcurrentHashMap?

I am not quire sure of the context of this merge, but the 166 stuff will go to tl first then get merged in with lambda.
Hopefully over the next few weeks the diffs from lambda to tl will tend towards zero. Making progress with a few tl patches in review.
