PS if I have a repeated loop range, common in numerical code, I save the Range, e.g.:
Range inner = from(1).to(size -1);
double a = new double[size];
a = ...;
inner.stream().parallel().forEach((i) -> a[i] = ...);
a[size -1] = ...;
double b = new double[size];
b = ...a...a...;
inner.stream().parallel().forEach((i) -> b[i] = ...a[i - 1]...a[i]...a[i + 1]...);
b[size - 1] = ...a[size - 2]...a[size - 1]...;
Much lake shapes are used in ZPL.
