Hi, all

I am now working on a SCTP project writing in Java , running on windows.

As far as I know there is no such java project could do this.

I am wondering why and does anybody know any work round or any useful
information?

The first thing to do is to experiment with native SCTP implementations 
on Windows and find a stable one. Porting of the Java SCTP API shouldn't 
be too much work.
