Can you please review these changes?

Summary: * Small changes to Java files in 
src/share/classes/com/sun/org/apache/xml/internal/security and its 
subpackages to remove build warnings.
                   * Small changes to relevant makefiles to prevent 
reintroduction of removed warnings.
