In terms of restrictions on record component name...

 - 1 and 2 should be errors
 - I think that a, b, and c, should probably be errors too. It would be super confusing to the reader to see component, field, accessors, names with such names. But if not errors, warnings would be good.

In terms of javac restrictions in the record declaration…

 - 1 and 2 much be allowable, no issue
 - a, b, and c, should be lint warnings.
