Is 'optimized' a legit target?

Using b24 sources, tried to do a ‘make all_product all_fastdebug all_debug
all_optimized’ and the optimized target failed:

I’d not heard of ‘optimized’ before, which was why I was trying to build
it—it shows up in ‘make help’. Is it a legit target?
