On my box it's actually in the gcc-c++ package:

rpm -ql /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.3.1/
package /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.3.1/ is not installed
zorro:icedtea6 $ rpm -qf /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.3.1/

The gcc you're using should have its library paths set to include
