local fclone - reorder directory moved up one level

fstatus reported nothing for the newly cloned repo

Other than the reorder files the rest makes sense, i.e. are due to the
changes I made to get the build to work with VS 2010.  The report
implies I moved the reorder directory - but I didn't.  Maybe the build
process moved them.
