Are JBS' policies flexible enough to welcome the JavaFX community?

Add to that the fact that it is really not mature yet, both in terms of api
and in terms of implementation quality (the decision to make JFX 8 part of
a production JDK release can only be viewed as a political/marketing
trade-off type decision not one based on technical realities as far as my
experiences with it are concerned) and the community is really small
compared to other technologies, so we (people interested in JFX becoming a
success including Oracle) need every help we can get.
