Text is terrible on an external monitor and not great on retina either plus two other issues

Update on Issue #1(Text issue) :
We had internal meeting(Zoom call) to identify the exact issue and it is same as JDK-8242918 <https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8242918>. I have moved it to P2 from P4 and it is not a stopper for EA(P1).
