prism and monocle?

Hi Johan,

You should use prism/es2/monocle. The MonocleGLContext in this implementation uses the AcceleratedScreen class from Monocle to get access to an accelerated drawing surface.

The eglfb implementation of Prism has some platform-specific code in it. prism/es2/monocle doesn’t; it relies on the Monocle Glass implementation to provide a platform abstraction.
