Accelerators - odd behavior

I must correct that, KeyCharacterCombination("+",
KeyCombination.CONTROL_DOWN) is the same as KeyCharacterCombination("=",
KeyCombination.CONTROL_DOWN) (on a US keyboard). It only works if you
*don't* also press shift to get the "+" character.
