I found another software with this problem, claiming that switching from "Event Tapping" to "Global Event Monitoring" helped fixing the issue:
Quote: "A new "Input Monitoring" permission was added in macOS 10.15 Catalina which detects apps using an Event Tap (even if just for mouse events) and pops up this warning."
In JavaFX, we're using Event Tapping, too. Maybe this is the root cause:
